Lisa Harris is a wife, mother and grandmother who loves shopping for, cooking and eating delicious vegan foods. She has been vegan for over 21 years and enjoys teaching others of the benefits of a plant based diet. Lisa has a doctorate degree in naturopathy and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She conducts health and wellness seminars and works with individuals and groups looking to make healthy lifestyle changes. Lisa also teaches vegan cooking classes and is the author of the book “Rebuilding the Temple: A Practical Guide to Health and Wellness.” Her book draws from her experience to provide inspiration with a focus on spiritual, physical and emotional health.
