Deanne Bryce is a native Californian who has lived in seven states from Idaho in the Northwest to Pennsylvania in the Northeast. Her current state of Iowa has been home on three separate occasions.
Deanne was restaurant owner with her husband, Steve for 5 years. They equipped their space with solar panels and planted a raised bed garden. Growing food for local food specials at the restaurant and blogging about what to do with the food they grew is when they fell in love with vegetables.
As empty-nesters, Deanne and Steve travel a bit so they look for places that cook with local food for their restaurant review blog. Scouting out vegan food fits their nutritional goals and they have found it to be the best tasting food. Deanne says, “Vegan chefs care about their food and know how to add flavor without relying on the trap of using a lot of fat and salt.”
In addition to food blogging and dreaming about the next place to visit, Deanne also likes to use her expertise as a leadership coach to share insights about leadership development on her leadership blog and with clients.
